I am able to post, so I'm doing it on his behalf. I included a screenshot he sent me to show what he's seeing when he tries to post bug reports.

    For privacy purposes, using imgur instead of Steam screenshots. Hope it shows up.

    Yeah, that is a bug associated with going into the Star Trek Online forum as well as other forums through Arc. So far there has been no update on getting it fixed. For now, people have to use their Internet browser to access the forums.

    Yes very good advise, make sure they are opening their Browser and then logging in via the their website.

    So tell him to bookmark in his browser and login to:
    https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/
