After today's (3/2) update, there is a new blank tab in the reputation window.

    Yes it is. I have it too. And it has all two mission slots, not three as the other reputation tabs.

    It's for claiming the kdf recruit rewards or at least that's what mine did when I earned some

    Seems like there should be some text explaining that if that is indeed the purpose. All other recruit rewards are claimed via a console in ESD/First City/NRC.
