re: the reports about Event Campaign III: The description on the Premium Ship box is definitely not complete. Promo Ships are fully intended to be included. This will be corrected soon.

No, it's about the Event Campaign, basically a meta reward for completing five designated events this year.
A number of people (myself included, I must admit) had their hearts skip a beat because the promo ships (the ones we get from the couple-time-a-year packs) were not listed in the rewards for the event campaign. There was a fear we got screwed. All is well now.
