Just a quick question... regarding the T6 coupons in the 11th anniversary pack.

Are these coupons bound-to-account?

I have asked this question elsewhere and gotten both "yes" and "no" answers in about equal proportions. The official documentation (both the blog AND the in-game description in the zen store) does not address the point.

This is possibly my deciding factor on buying the pack as I already have all the T6 zen store ships, so cannot spend these (until/unless new ships become available) if they are bound.

    They are Bound to Account, but Tradeable on Map in person, so no Exchange/Mailing. But Player to Player Trade if you so desire/need. They are in a Unstacked Box each.
