DOFF Cultural exchange and Reassignment both bugged (nonfunctional)

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The mission comes up blank except for a neon bright section where the summary used to be. The "Begin Assignment" button in the lower right is grayed out. Re-logged, both factions, all characters.
