So I'd assume PWE wants players to spend money on the game, but when I buy Zen it is locked and I can't use it. I have not made a lot of recent purchases either. It has been several days.

    Finally had to spend it in the store because it wouldn't let me exchange for Dilithium. Messed up.

    I suppose the game is ON STEAM to get more players...however they dont want you to buy zen THRU STEAM..since steam gets a small cut? so they punish US instead (teaching us NOT to spend money on them)... sounds like a winning strategy to me
