Klingon Empire Admiralty missions not dropping Admiralty EXP

Not sure if I'm the only one, however nearly all my KDF admiralty mission, on successful completion, are not yielding KDF admiralty EXP. They are, however, still yielding other rewards such as ore, specialization EXP, and additional case by case rewards. Is this a known common issue as of recent? Didn't see any previous threads on it. I will also mention that I collected the KDF admiralty rewards while a Tour of Duty admiralty assignment was running in the background, and wonder if that could be a cause. Otherwise, if I'm missing something, let me know.
