Zen bought Ferasan and Aenar not able to change uniform

I recently went on a bridge spending spree and bought the Ferasan, Aenar, and Caitian bridge officers. The Aenar officers are fine, but the Caitian and the Aenar want me to spend 600 zen to change their uniform. I've recreated this bug on a KDF character and a Fed character. I submitted a bug report, just posting here.

    Right after I posted this, I found a workaround. I unchecked the "Show unowned costume parts" and it fixed it.
    I didn't change any costume parts, and it was asking me to pay 600 zen more as soon as I clicked on the Boff in the tailor. I guess it thought I was trying to use a costume piece that I haven't bought yet, but I don't know of any uniforms that cost 600 zen... ?
