Training manual "Anchor of Grethor" is not usable

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
i bought the uncommon training manual "Anchor of Grethor" from the event store and i cant use it on my eng-boff. in the boffs abilities list, it stays greyed out, as i would not own it..

btw, there is also an ensign-ground-ability from the temporal spec, that is not trainable on boffs - forgot what it was..

pls fix

    typical glitch TRIBBLE from the devs due to them rushing things out and no real QC done...its the same thing for us XB users....sorry its a problem...

    I bought 4 winterland training manuals for bridge officers. none of which are usable, they show that i need the manual to train even though they are in my inventory. the following manuals are anchor of Gre'thor II, 2x of Cryothermic Armor I, and Grethor's Chains III. I have logged and reloged even rebooted system. this is day two and they still can not be used.

    Its a glitch that they know about....god only knows when they will fix it...smh

    Is there any update on this? Kinda like to use those training manuals some day, they look pretty neat.

    Same problem, Grethor chains also is bugged... Kit module is working...

    Weird. I have four Engineering BOFFs trained in Anchor of Gre'thor. Manuals worked fine. I hope they fix this so I can use them on my new Klingon Recruit alt.

    Anchor of Grethor have disappeared from the event store... I found no logic behind this, because older training manuals, and kit modules are still in the store...
    Probably a bug, i really hope they will return, because it is a very good skill...
