[Bug] Reward Bug: Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor upgraded to and past Mk XIV but not credited

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor was upgraded to Mk XV Epic, which obviously went through Mk XIV.
Yet the Klingon Receiver quest in "Lead Warriors of the Empire" for "Improve the Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor to Mk XIV did not complete.

    Room mate upgraded it to Mk XIV, and it vanished from the character.
