Multiple bugs on Qo'noS

So I've been walking around Qo'noS and I've found multiple visual glitches as well as a missing doorway that allows you to fall through the map. I'll post them all here.

Console panel in the Barracks is several meters in front of the console where it should be.
Door near the Judge for the tutorial mission is placed too far to the right and you can see through the world.
Also in the Klingon Barracks there is a door that's completely missing. If you walk through it you fall through the world and have to respawn.

I will post any more if I find them, but the server just went down for maintenance so these were all that I could find.

I logged in today and the door near the judge seems to be fixed but the other two problems are still there.

I have noticed that the Klingon Loresingers on Quonos are out of sync. The voice and text tabs don't align. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Another bug I'd like to add to this: the Romulan envoys sitting on the ground about 2 feet in front of their bench...with their feet about 2 to 3 feet deep into the asphalt. Once I finish uploading my pics onto Steam, I'll paste a link to what I'm talking about.
