KNOWLEDGE IS POWER need advice

I am doing KNOWLEDGE IS POWER and I am to the part of the episode called complete the trials of the past how do I kill this Klingon I have tried the Melee attack I have shot him. no luck he kills me within a min anyone got any ideas

    Should be able to shoot Molor easily. He does have a chain grapple ability that pulls you into melee, but once you're free you should be able to stay out of melee range and shoot him until he does it again. Rinse and repeat until Molor is swiss cheese. Key is to stay mobile.

    Phase 2 Trial of the Present you fight yourself, with the same abilities you have. Same key as Molor. Stay mobile.

    Phase 3 Trial of the Future... melee only. I won't spoil who you fight.

    trials is shoot, shoot, melee. for the shooting, just keep away and shoot, heal as needed.

    personally, this mission is way long and totally not worth doing again ever... also this bugged out on me when I died in the time chamber with akar? yeah died came back, beat akar and stuck... still wanted me to defeat akar's men... they are all gone already. had to beam out and do again... gave up after that.

    maybe another day when bored.

    Are you on Advanced? His damage scales badly on advanced.. the chains pretty much one shot you. For that part, I just kept clicking respawn over and over till he died. It was really stupid, but you can respawn infinitely so it shouldn’t be too hard. By this part, I was so bored I just wasn’t putting any effort into it at all, I just charged in and hit him until I was dead, then did it again.

    Honestly, I would advise you just skip it.. it’s absolutely one of the worst missions in the game and completely not worth playing.

    Ditto. Though skipping the dialogue does cut the time significantly.

    I had to start the mission all over again because when I respawned, there was no enemies, and when I tried just leaving and coming back in... I was locked out of the room by a door.

    Still... second try I nailed it.

    And what GENIUS decided to combine a ROOT effect with an Effect that chases you down and spawns even more enemies?
