RESOLVED: FED/KDF Characters, don't see Opposing Faction Ships in Admiralty, except Titan.

I've even gone back and and re-claimed Tier 1-4 Federation Ships for my KDF toon, and also Tier 5 Federation Ships; did the same for Federation - issues admiralty card for KDF, and even logged out; yet they appear often 15-45 minutes later.
Yes, I do have a level 65 Klingon Player, in fact 3 of them.
On my Fed's I also reclaimed the T6 Kurak Battlecruiser, and it did grant the Tong'Dug Freighter Admiralty card right away, yet not the Kurak.
Seems we can fly them no problem, yet despite the Admiralty card appearing when reclaiming them, they aren't shown in the Admiralty.
NOTE: Seems it takes a real long time, anywhere for up to an hour, possibly even 3 to 5+ so be Patient; yet as the latest addendum below -- some of my ships still missing on several toons.

NOTE: Seems 'some' ships did eventually appear a few hours later, yet several I had yet to RECLAIM. Yet a day later there are still many Admiralty cards missing.
Log in with a Fed character, though, and no automatic Admiralty cards; go and buy a KDF ship and the card for that ship (alone) will show up eventually. I mean, I could in theory reclaim all my KDF ships, one at a time, on my Fed characters, but it will take some time....
Thought today in the last hour or two, I've noticed a lot more ships finally show up. And most in large batches shortly after login of a toon.
And yes, the first toon I logged in with was my Klingon (65) so maybe this will resolve itself. Perhaps just lag on the backend (though noticed none in game at all) yesterday, or was something else they quickly corrected? White Ship cards appeared above chat window after reclaim, just never appeared in Admiralty Roster till Wednesday.
So as of Wednesday seems upon login, several toons now getting correct Admiralty cards, for (most) ships as best I can tell. So thank you, if someone caught this and quickly corrected it.
Takes a day at most, just play and do your thing, all will be fine!
