I'm on End of Watch: Use Disruptor to Destroy Holotargets but i don't have any available disruptor skills.

    Relogging fixed it. So i don't have to worry about getting the recruitment event item.

    Only the small hypo shows up after leaving the turbolift from the bridge requiring a relog. Third time's the charm. It didn't happen again.

    This was a problem for me relogging did not fix it I had to delete char and start again.
