So, the increasing Dill rewards are not working.. again?

Anybody with this problem?, it's only giving me 8000 dil, i tested it with my family in various accounts, same problem.

    Yup, same issue here.

    All characters are getting 8,000 dil each time, yes. The Event counter does increase each day so for instance it says I should be getting 11,000 dil today, but it gives 8,000.

    Apparently some people who bought out the event have been getting the same result for a week now. They said tickets were filed on it and then simply closed without reply.

    Good old Cryptic "let's copy-paste everything, including the previous bugs which we've fixed previously." No idea why it's so hard for them to copy-paste the code from AFTER they fixed the bug, they seem to start with the original bugged code every time.

    I got 8k, then 9k but back to 8k again today. Weird.

    Who would pay... 1000 (?) Zen / almost 500k dilithium to get something like 375k in return?

    On Xbox, the dil-to-zen ratio is in the low 200s currently. You can turn a fair profit doing the zen buyout and then running the event every day for the dil. It's how I paid for the Legendary Romulan ship and the Rom Support Carrier.

    Can confirm,should have gotten 11,000 today,and only got 8,000.Pretty sure it happened yesterday to.

    Just adding,I am on PC and didn't buyout the event.

    I got 15k yesterday (11k+Bonus Dil). So working fine for me.

    Not working for me at all I have the bonus running should have gotten 17.000+ today and 12.TRIBBLE. I noticed it the first time yesterday.

    I know a few people that pay for these events because they can't or don't want to log on every day to do them. I know of at least two that are complaining about the dilithium bonus not working correctly so maybe it's a minor issue, but it is still affecting players.

    I also find it a little concerning that cryptic is closing tickets without resolving peoples issues that's pretty terrible customer service.

    I've been getting 8000/day since I completed the event. I vaguely recall Kael saying that they know about the bug, but not what's causing it.

    I'm not getting any aditional dill, besides the 8000... i wish they could fix this, at least for the next event, or at least settle for 9500 or 10.000 and call it a day.. the increasing reward mechanics is not working as intended

    They are closing tickets because they aren't account issues, they are bugs, which Customer Services does not deal with.

    I submitted a ticket and did get a response saying that they are aware of the issue. Hopefully it'll be fixed by the next time they run this event.

    I submitted a ticket and got the dil credited. Sadly I was short-changed again today but it's not worth the hassle of chasing it up a second time.
