Errors advancing captains

It’s been 6 years since I played, I decided to play on Xbox and see all the new stuff in the last 6 years. The first captain I tried, I got to part 1 of the 10th anniversary mission with seven and burnham on Excalbia. I go through the portal for the first test, and the Xbox screeches and says “excalbia location not found”. I’ve tried a full reinstall, same thing. So the second captain I did a romulan allied to the Klingon side, I was in the undercover within the tal shiar chain, and level 19 the missions stopped. I’m not being offered anything. I thought maybe it was a level issue, so I did deep space encounters until I hit 20, and still no missions.

So I’m stuck advancing two different captains. Different issues. Anyone know how to advance? I hate to have to start yet another captain....

    Ok, so I need to go to answer hails on mission log to move forward. However I only got 3 missions forward and on Revelation I get “Map transfer failed” and it bombs out to the main screen. I REALLY want to play this game, but this is two missions now that fail out to fatal bugs....

    They add new content WITHOUT doing any real QC ad it causes issues....Most of Q's winter gear was bugged or glitched...Hopefully they will patch it but its unlikely....Temp Ambassador has been fragged for months....

    But this isn’t even a scripting issue. At least for the anniversary mission. It’s a resource that isn’t included with the game. It should be a 5 minute fix to their build, and next release or update, issue resolved.

    I haven't tried the Anniversary Mission for a while but last I did it was working fine though that was quite some time ago. I'll try it with a character that hasn't done it yet and get back to you if it worked or not.

    When you said broken you meant broken alright. I just tried the Measure of Morality mission and now my Character is stuck. Game crashed and now I cannot load that character without the game crashing again.
