Customize ship - problem witch skins and colors

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Hi. I buy on exchange Kelvin Timeline Intel Dreadnought Cruiser T6 and i have problem when i want to change skin or color nothing happens i try to re-install game everything what i try nothing helps , everytime i choose skin it not even show in preview.

    If you have a reputation shield equipped, it might be applying its' own visual over the top of the material you select in the ship customiser. (Some of the mission reward set shields also have a visual - e.g. Jem'Hadar or Bajoran.)
    Open the Ship Equipment interface and right-click the shield to "Disable Visuals" and you'll see the hull material in the customiser.
    Also, it's worth checking the "Visuals" tab as any shield slotted there will override the regular visual too.
