Missing Ferasan tail

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Per a response from the tech person I emailed advising to post here.... I am a lifetime member, and I bought Zen to purchase the Ferasan character. When I bought it, it has a stub for a wanna be tail. I have tried to delete the character and create a new one, but the new is still missing its tail. I need you to please fix this as I like the game, but am getting rather disappointed with all the glitches in the game. Thank you

    You have to go to the tailor and the advanced tab under uniforms to redo it

    Did that and nothing. It only shows the top part of the tail for a small part. The tip is not there. Thanks for the suggestion.
