Mission "Home" bugged

tibo#6800 tibo Member Posts: 24 Arc User
Hello,

I couldn´t finish the "Home" mission from gamma quadrant episode. I got 3 pop up message:

1."You may only have one of a unique item"
2."Unable to resolve mission "Home"
3."Inventory full"

I am Jem´Hadar lvl 65 KDF character with that set on my main ship but I wanted to get it and install it to my small craft too, as I saw that you are complete every mission ingame from every episode you could get infinite amout of space sets. But that mission is bugged I think, I can´t find any information about that I am not allow to get more items of that kind. I ask you to get it fixed.

Tibo

What item did you want from the mission Home? According to the description, the Phased-Waveform Beacon cannot be used on a shuttle. If it was the omni-directional weapon, there are restrictions which other players can get into. That weapon cannot be used with Advanced Inhibiting Polaron Omni-Directional Array or Omni-Directional Chronometric Polaron Beam Array. Thanks. :)

I want just the space set not the beacon, and everything you write down is true and I already know it, but I practicly couldn´t finish the mission or resolve as the game server said, so it is a bug that I couldn´t finish it and grab another same sapce set from that particular mission.

You can put the same space set on multiple ships.
just save the loadouts under your ship *while in space* and you can get the set to switch ships between the ships you want it on.
I do this all the time.
If you save the loadouts in space and you can find it under your ships profile, you can then have your boff settings saved as well as your ships configuration. If you only save the loadout on the ground it normally does not save everything unless they changed it.

Which item were you trying to pick from the selection?

Because the Beacon, you're only allowed to have one (period, regardless of its location), so if you were trying to reselect that, and have gotten it before, the error message is justified.

These restrictions are on equipping the item, though, not on claiming it as a mission reward. You could theoretically claim the same item again but would not be able to equip it on the same ship.

I was confused. I did not know they were talking about claiming it as a mission reward. You are right though.

It doesn´t help at all. I couldn´t finish the mission and grab any space equipment either.

If you already have the set on your main ship, you do not need to get a second copy of the set to put it on your shuttle. Just equip the set on your shuttle, and when you activate your shuttle, it will automatically move the items from your main ship to your shuttle. When you activate your main ship, it will automatically move the items back.

I want it on my shuttle and on my main ship as I have space sets on other character too. On my fed character I have copies of similar sets on my main ship and shuttle so as I want to have ot on my KDF. Every space sets from mission I could copy I think just that I didn´t. It is a bug.

These rewards are bound PER character>As you have your shuttle on said character you can't have them on both. Before you say about other sets this other sets that ALL sets have different attributes. Just do as garaffe said, move them to your shuttle when you need to. There is no bug.

I do not see the information about that "bound per character". If there is any information anywhere give me the proper site please.

Mouse over the rewards. It clearly states character bind on pickup. Cannot equip more than one of these. This is the proper site.

Oh you mean that, that is correct. But there is no information about that you would not have infinite copies of that set on different ships. Almost every mission item is bind on pickup. If I have that on my main ship I also would like to have it on my small craft too as for example the set from the mission "beyond from nexus", which I have on my main and on my small craft too at a same time. So I have 2 copies of that space items on two different ships. Mission "Home" is bugged for that reason that I am not able to have 2 copies on 2 different ships at the same time. I mean I have Jem´hadar scout T5-U and Jem´hadar fighter as a small craft. I have it on my T5-U but can´t finish the mission and grab any other item to invetory to give it to my figher. Any other mission I did I could get infinite copies of armours at the same time on different ships that I am using. And I want it to have on my T5-U and fighet too. The copy of that. If you understand me correctly right now.
