Terran jupiter outfit not showing in tailor

Hello, I bought the outfit box - Terran empire jupiter outfit for my Romulan borg character (one of nine@drayne510 on ps4) from the exchange. I paid 25 million ec for it an when I opened the box it says I received it. But when I go in the tailor its no where to be found. It doesn't have its own special tab, and its not anywhere in the "uniform" section. I would like my outfit or a refund please, i will be submitting a report to customer service. Thanks.
