Can not equip Doff in active space duty roster

Active ground duty roster is empty, the Doff is FED as is the character.
Wanted to put newly bought Doff on 'active space duty' (Armory Officer ground - ultra rare - Name: Zi'lizch'thik).
This did not work and I got the message: 'You cannot equip more than 1 items of that category'.
Bought the same a second time and it did not work either. All other Doffs can be equipped normally.
On my other FED char i could use the same Doff without any Problems.

That did the trick, there was a space/ground doff in the active space duty that blocked the other one being used in active ground duty. Thank you.
