Strange visuals in Taris base on Hobus

Are the circuit boards (could be lamps hard to see in this state) in the walls and at the ceiling in Taris base on hobus (Romulan mission arc "In the Shadows) supposed to be pink? See Screenshot https://imgur.com/a/AhcgK6H

    That looks like a missing or borked texture.

    Not supposed to be that way.

    I reported it but they just told me to post it on the Forums so the real Star Trek Online Veterans could give me a complete explanation.
