I can't find the area on my ship bridge to contact chef and bartender; also can't find them in the regular duty officer system

    Go to your ready room there should be a console in there. If you have an interior such as Enterprise D you can visit ten forward for them. Other interiors visit crew quarters

    That console is missing. I can't find it

    The console is always there, either in the ready room or on the bridge itself.
    It's ridiculously easy to find if you go to your shuttle bridge instead of the ship bridge.

    Ok, I found the console on fed ship, klingon and jem'hadar but it's missing from jem'hadar fighter shuttle and kar'fi carrier (T5U)
    Edit : I think the duty officer console is missing for Jem'hadar players using kdf ships
