Lifetime account bought. Shared bank slots not appearing in game.

I was going to submit a ticket, but is this an account issue or a game issue??? The individual bank slots have appeared for all characters (so far) on the account. But the shared bank slots have yet to show up.

    Also, the Ship upgrade token doesn't seem to be available.
    This problem has been resolved. The token was "in the mail."

    Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it, it didn't work. Have submitted a help ticket.

    I currently have exactly the same problem and was asked by support to post a bug report here. I am just using your post here ;)

    I suspect that the Lifetime Subscriptions unlocks account bank slots 1-20 instead of just the next available 20.
    Did you already have 20 (or more) account bank slots already?

    Have you claimed all of the lifer stuff from the C-Store? Not sure if things have changed, but I have stuff, like the Lifer titles and access to the Lifer Nebula and such in the Legacy Tab of the C-Store that doesn't unlock automatically.

    Nope. It doesn't work that way. I confirmed with tech support. They ended up giving me 2000 zen so I could buy the slots, if I want to. Or, I can use the zen for whatever I want.
