No, and we never do get fore-knowledge of any sales. We can only guess.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get one around Black Friday to coincide with some sales. As for official word... we never know until they happen.
i REALLY want to get a inquiry but its WAY to expensive atm, i was told they come way down during the events
I am afraid I have bad news for you.
The price of the Inquiry is unlikely to come down. The problem with this ship is that it's a Promo 'Grand Prize' ship. The lowering of the price is assuming that quantity increases during a sale and on 'outlyer' ships like this, the supply often doesn't increase.
What I mean by 'outlyer' is ships that are seldom selected. You have to remember, when someone gets a T6 Promo pack, they pick between any promo ship available. If someone wants to sell the ship, they are going to select something in high demand like one of the Miracle Worker Flight Deck Ships, a Vaadwaur Juggernaut, or some other ship that's in very high demand and sure to sell quickly. The Inquiry is generally a ship people pick because they want that one and don't plan to sell it.
I am not saying that supply won't increase, it likely will.. but only by a couple units tops. The Inquiry, unfortunately, is going to be locked at the highest end of the price spectrum because it's rarity simply doesn't match it's demand. Sorry.

The only Promo Ships that come down in price are the ones they put into the Lobi Store for a Sale Weekend. They are 960 Lobi when they are there as they are there only on sale. Since there is a 'flood' of them the price drops on the Exchange.

They don't usually drop below 1B, but the rarer picks stay closer to the 1.4-1.5B mark.
I picked up a Miracle Worker D7 for just a touch over 1B. The Inquiry will probably never come down that low.
It’s amazing that the overall exchange prices of the promo ships have indeed been steady the past year (the time I have not been looking).
I wish I could say the same for lock box ships. Man there was a time when I got the Atlas for the console on all 8 fed chars of mine just like that. Those times seem to be over.

I am curious and probably missed it but did they put more than the Tzenkethi dread in the lobi store so far?
They did and it seems they are returning in future sales for now too. So if you miss it, you'll get the chance again.

Indeed, I still have a character without DPRM because it's awfully pricey for a console. I have another fed aligned that could really use Superior Area Denial but that's even more expensive. I would love to see the Atlas or the Mirror Engle get the Lobi treatment, but I won't hold my breath for either.
see i dont buy ships for their consoles, if i buy one ill be flying it. hence i love the Inquiry hull a lot, since i think the avenger and arbiter are ugly it was my only other option but its sadly overpriced, so i wont be getting it.

Yea not very optimistic here.
But hey who knows. I still remember when traits like inspirational leader and the plasmonic leech console cost a fortune and cryptic adjusted it with the introduction of the infinity lock box.
Perhaps they think of something but with sub 300mil lobi ships feel kinda cheap while 800mil lock box ships are kinda pricey.

Yes, the Jem’Hadar Recon Ship was also in the Lobi Store at one point.
