Other Traits section missing for everyone since Skills respect/Invalid Skill bug

Before the invalid skills problems there was a traits section under Active Reputation. This section was call Other. From what I can tell everyone who had trait(s) in that area has lost those traits since the invalid skills, skill reset bug. How do we regain those back?

    Other was a static display and couldn't be changed anyway. There were only two things that could be in there (4 actually but 2 are temporary), "Well Traveled" (if did Tour the Galaxy) and "Deprogrammed" (if Romulan and completed Mind Game). Since my Transwarp cooldown is still at 12 minutes it would appear the Other Trait is still active. I'm guessing "Other" got pushed off the scroll page by the new Experimental slot being added and not by the reset bug. So rest easy, it's still there, just not visible.
