bad upgrade

the last upgrade is telling me i must upgrade my graphic card to play no .
anyone ekse get to message when you try to log in?

    It didnt happen to any of my 2 PCs that got it installed but seen this on twitter from kael:

    Being a PC tech I can tell you that if your card shows up as unknown in device manager it simply means you dont have the drivers installed, which in extent means most games wouldnt work as few accept the generic svga driver windows install when they cant find your graphics card

    Also you will want to post the issue there as none from cryptic will notice it in general discussion

    Known issue, Kael is also wanting dxdiag information (dxdiag will include your operating system and graphics card)
    click start, type dxdiag, hit enter, click "save all information", open the text file it creates, cut and paste in a message to Kael. The Message button is an orange button to the far right of user name on this page:

    Some people have posted their dxdiag in "activity" on his page, I suggest sending a private message tho. Don't clutter his activity, and keep all your computer information from being in a public place.

    He has never specified how he wishes to receive this information, but direct message should suffice. The more information he receives the quicker we can get this issue resolved.
