Also have this problem. As several others have mentioned in the announcement thread, I get a crash every time I try to launch STO from the Epic Launcher.
Further to the above - I have found out how to both get rid of the crash and find the bundle in the Zen store. (thanks r/sto)
It seems you need to make sure you have closed down/exited the ARC client - STO will then launch as expected from the Epic launcher and your bundle will pop up in the Starter Pack area of the Zen store.
Same here. I've linked my accounts, looked in starter packs relaunched game, I've launched the game on Epic games and tried on 2 different systems Still not showing
Same. I've followed every step, and submitted at ticket to Epic. They told me to shut down the Arc Launcher. I don't even use an Arc Launcher. I'd already told them I tried every possible permutation of related programs running and not running both in the foreground and background, and every character in every tab, including starting a new post-tutorial character. When, after 3 emails in which it became evident they never read my original ticket, they finally understood I'd already tried their "fix", they referred me to Arc, who has yet to reply after a day. Still no bundle.
The pack showed up for me after about 10 minutes, and a character change.
Just a thought for those who are having trouble:
Did you buy the pack before or after you linked your Epic and Arc accounts?
(If before, your Epic Starter Pack may not have been linked to your game account.)
Edit:
The Title reclaim that's supposed to appear on the "Promotions" section, doesn't show up.
Additional Edit:
Ach, I failed to realise it's under "Items" > "Promotion Unlock Items"

Interesting. I purchased my Pack before I linked accounts. It seems ridiculous that the Pack wouldn't also be linked, but game companies gonna game company. Another interesting note: when I click on my purchases, Star Trek Online says I've been playing for (an increasing amount of) time, but the Pack says zero time. That might be because the Pack isn't a game, but an add-on, or it may be because it's linked to an "account" I haven't created yet.
Anyone have DLC/add-ons that mirror the master game's time-played counter? Or do they all say zero time played?

See, this is why I asked.
The likely reason that your Epic Pack is unavailable is because Epic wasn't linked to your game account at the time of purchase.
I wish you, and others, the best of luck in getting this sorted out with Customer Support.
Really, though - Epic needs to have some WARNING on the Store page for the pack that tells players to link their accounts before purchase.
I experienced a similar issue in another game when it was added to Steam. Stuff like linking accounts caused them more hassle than they thought but they hadn't warned players in a sufficient manner that account linking should be done first - and that's what appears to have happened here with STO.

For those that never got the Link option, the issue seams to be I was missing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 RC. Installing that (both X86 and X64 versions, to be safe) brought up the link option on the next Epic Games STO launch.
Are you supposed to uninstall STO before this will work? Because Epic seems not to know STO is installed and I never got an option to link my accounts.
Bump. I have the same issue. My account never got linked and it turned out that a new account was created and the Epic bundle was put there. I put a ticket in with Epic to put it on my existing account. They immediately responded and told me to talk to Arc support about it. I put a ticket in with Arc but still haven't heard anything about it. Looking at my ticket history, Arc responds at least a month after I submit a ticket.

It's in starter packs
It is supposed to be in Starter Packs, but for some of us it is not showing up. Several posts on this forum and r/sto about affected players.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
