Admiralty Campaign XP Bonus

We had the admiralty campaign XP bonus go on and it did not seem to award the additional XP, nor any XP at all in some cases. I had this happen on almost every mission I completed. One stated I should receive 14k campaign XP from it and I received around 5k. Another one stated I should get around 7k XP and I received 0 XP so it was basically a mission with no campaign reward at all. I reached out to support both during the bonus time and after as the first response I received was not related to the problem I was having, the second response said they were sorry and I should post here to see if others had the same issue.

    There is a hard limit of 10000 campaign experience you can receive in a day for each track. It is possible that you hit the limit for the day. Anything over that is lost.

    Well that would at least make since then, but why couldn't customer support mention that fact to me, lol. Thanks for the response
