Broken Elachi Ornash Battlecruiser.

MY character just finished the latest event and got her elachi walkers, and 1000 lobi cristals. with those crystals she bought the Elachi Ornash Battlecruiser from the lobi store. Ever since then every time, (or every other time), I have to transfer to another map. the game freezes up and I have to crash out and relaunch STO, and do the map transfer again, this time it goes.
well I'm sorry people, (LOL), I cannot play this character if I have to log back in everytime I transfer maps, (this happens during missions as well), It's darn annoying, and time consuming.
It is just this character, on this account. None of my other characters have this problem. I have another character on another account, who also just finished the event, and she spent her lobi on the tzenkethi Dreadnaught, but she has not experienced this issue. So why is this character having this issue, and not the other. Arc says its a bug! Whell then fix it!!!! I would like to use that which I worked so hard to get.

Do you have on demand patching on? If yes turn it off.
