Incorrect Exchange Charges

This morning (9/30) I was purchasing DOFFs from the Exchange for Fleet projects and I was not charged the correct EC for a single transaction. I purchased 44 Operations DOFFs at between 19,000 and 22,500 EC, but I noticed I was down to about 700k EC when I started at 15 mil. So checking the chat window I saw not 1 transaction was the correct total. I was charged between 25,000 and 4,999,999 per DOFF and there where not any in that price range in the purchase window.

    What you will find if you look closer, the cost of DOFFS on the exchange can fluxuate sooo fast, you can be paying 10k and quickly be paying 10m if your not watching.
    The prices for DOFFs are not the same for every doff. They change FAST and you have to pay close attention to know your not overpaying a cost you were not looking to pay.
    In fact thats not the only thing, alot of items vary in price ranging from EX: 1m to 10m quickly and in less than 20 items.
    The cost of those items are generated by the individual selling them. There is no restrictions or set price that each item is sold for.

    Oh I certainly understand that. I have been playing for years. However, I am a bit OCD and I update the exchange list by searching again every other purchase at minimum, so I price I see it current to within seconds. Last night the exchange was full of low cost DOFFs and nothing on the page I was purchasing from was above 23k. When I noticed the loss I checked the chat window and saw crazy inconsistent totals. Support is investigating it as a possible bug.

    If its a bug it will be the first i have seen that cause I have sold stuff on the exchange and purchased and never got screwed :)

    Well bugs happen. You can't make continued changes to a game for years on end and not expect the occasional glitch! While I hear people complaining about them all the time, I feel fortunate that in the 8 years I have been playing, I have only encountered a couple and minor like this. And I am certainly not complaining. I only posted here because support asked me too.
