Lower Decks doffs didnt show

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Activated my Lower Decks doff packs! Said they were opened yet there not in my doffs or in an overflow (had space in doffs). Not sure what to do as I cant claim twice !!

    They're blue not purple, just in case you were looking for them in the very or ultra rare section.

    They are Green quality doffs actually, 2 are for ground (Tendi and Rutherford) and 2 are for space (Boimler and Mariner..

    Yeah, they’re green. If you’re maxed out in other DOFF’s and the LDS folks are in your inventory overflow, you’ll need to dismiss a few active ones before bringing them on.
