T5 Nukara Rep Reward keeps repeating

Hi,
since yesterday, I keep getting the Nukara T5 Reputation rewards on toons which have already completed that Reputation years ago which seems kind of unfair.
I guess that might be related to the new buyout option for T5 reps, because the bug appeared after yesterday's update and the buyout was the only change to reputations, but I have no clue why this happens exactly.
