in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Every time I've tried to buy a Very Rare Gorn Bridge Officer off the exchange, they immediately go from Purple/Very Rare to Blue/Rare the instant they're added to my roster.

    They're the only species that does that - while there are a couple others who have three locked traits, all of them have at least one Superior.
