Unlocking the Box

While playing the game with my wife and realized that I made a character as a tactical officer but wanted to make it instead as an engineer officer for Star Fleet. I deleted the original character and remade it with the same name, optional names, and ship name. I realized that I did not have access after remaking the character to the mission "Unlocking the Box" so I turned in a ticket to the GM's and after troubleshooting the issue it was suggested I turn in a question on the forums. I'll be showing pictures of the progress of the trouble shooting of each step.

The first time I found the mission it was in my Available missions area of my mission journal. As shown in this image that mission does not exist:

As shown in this screen shot the mission is not in my In Progress area of my mission journal.

As shown in this screen shot the mission was not completed and is not in my Log section of my mission journal.

The GM suggested that I attempt to gain the mission from Grym and when I went up to Grym I had no interactions with that NPC as shown in the following screen shot.

The mission is not in my In Progress area of my mission journal as shown in the following screen shot.

The next screen shot shows that the mission is not in my Available mission area and I was able to accept the mission from the previous screen shot.

The final screen shot shows that the mission was not completed by myself and is not in the Log section of my mission journal.

At this point the GM suggested that I turn in a ticket on this system as a bug for further assistance. I would like to add that the GM was extremely helpful through out this process. If there is anything else I could do to further assist in this matter let me know.
