Cryptic Launcher Auto update Not Working

Today for some reason when I try to open the Star Trek Online Launcher it opens to Cryptic Launcher Auto Update tab, but it fails to connect. Can you please fix this Cryptic?

Edit: There seems to be something wrong with the Patch Server connectivity.
