I've noticed I only get half the expertise per epic mission. With reputation tiers needing lots of them even at level 65 to get to tier 6 it's a real pain.
Eg. The Plausibility of the Possible only got me 7,520 expertise ... half of the promised 15K+.
My char is a Jem Hadar at lvl65, completed both gamma mission tiers.
