Why don't the Elachi dreadnoughts in the Romulan missions count?
As far as I know they do, at least the ones in the mission with fleets defending New Romulus against the huge Elachi fleet, which I think has Fed and KDF counterpart missions as well.
I believe the second of the new patrols also has an elachi dreadnought in it. That's probably the fastest way to get it done.
No, there is no Elachi dreadnought in that Patrol. I've run it enough to know.
There is one in one of the originals though if I recall...the one with the four satellites around that moon
No, that's a battleship, not a dreadnought. It would only count if you came across the destroy battleships, cruisers and escorts.
Its scaling when you have enough players in the same patrol instance it will spawn a dreadnought so if you get a whole team of people together to do a patrol you will get one at the end of that patrol.

All this time I thought Universal Endeavours were the same for everybody.
I think sometimes they are the same but not all, every time I get one for a particular battlezone or location like nimbus for defeating gorn and various enemeies there's always people swarming and clearing them out at the same time, it gets annoying sometimes.

I never go in with anyone except myself. Makes the instance much easier. I can find dreadnoughts without having to form teams.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.

They are for everyone on the same platform/client - IE:
- Everyone playing the PC version gets the same UE (But on any given period it could be different from what XBox and PS4 players see).
- Everyone on XBox gets the same UE (But on any given period it could be different from what PC and PS4 players see).
- Everyone on PS$ gets the same UE (But on any given period it could be different from what PC and XBox players see).
