Purchase of T6 Risian corvette from Mudd doesn't unlock option to purchase fleet version.

It's all in the title. I have a fleet module, and expected to be able to purchase the Fleet T6 Risian corvette from the shipyard after buying the T6 Risian corvette from Mudd. It's not there. What gives? Where should I be looking? I want my pilot maneuvers!

    This question has still not been addressed in any official way here in the forums or in response to my support ticket.
