Event Ground/Space equipment not upgradable

All of the infinite (or no level) event space and ground equipment is now not upgradable. I just hit level 51 on my new KDF captain and was trying to upgrade to MK XII equipment but it doesn't even have the option anymore.

    I think I have the solution. The Red Angel suit is not upgradable until level 60, so I'm guessing that all event items are now only upgradable at 60. Unless they start at Mk XIV, this needs to be changed back to 50 since that is the level that you start getting reputation gear.

    Quite likely, this is a recent change as we have observed with the Borg weapons, platinum rifle & now the Red Angel suit.
    Items marked with a "∞" used to auto-level up to 50, but appear to do so until level 60 now. Unfortunately, they still mostly drop out of the Upgrade interface with "Mk XII" tagged onto their names.
