Personnel Tab still does not have old purchases

As stated above, even after today's patch there are things in the Personnel Tab I have definitely purchased in the past that I do not have access to now.

    my problem too, seems like the long time players are getting screwed over on this one.

    I have the same issue. None of my purchases on the Personnel tab in the past have been account unlocked.

    I also have this same issue. I am currently on a toon with which I purchased the Borg Engineering BOFF. Yet it is still not available to me to reclaim on my other toons.

    Likewise here. I bought an Aenar bridge officer on two different characters on the same account several years ago now, but despite the recently announced personnel changes I am still unable to claim one on my other characters. Getting the message that I don't have enough zen to buy them, as if I've never bought them before.

    As mentioned further up the thread, this may be an issue affecting long-term players and older purchases? Needs a look at though.

    Same here but its more then a few. for me they are as follows and support says they can not fix it on there end.

    You were not lied to. It just means that the patch that was supposed to fix the problem before did not and it is a more complicated fix. Please wait. Thanks. :)

    that's what you claim. until someone at cryptic says something on the matter or does something about it we were lied too

    It is not solely what I claim, it is a bug and yes it does need to be fixed. No, it is not a lie.

    hate to have to say I told you so but I told you so. add that too all the other stuff they wont fix because not fixing it will mean more money for them and us long time players get the shaft once again

    That's more than enough with the flamethrowers. A couple of things need to be understood. Simply because a bug doesn't get fixed as quickly as you want does NOT mean they are ignoring it. It takes time to fix bugs if you want it done properly. Also just because they don't fix a bug the way you want does not mean it's a lie either. Kael explained the issue and they have been as forthcoming about it as they possibly can on this one. This effects me as well since I purchased several of those items before the cutoff and I don't like it anymore than you guys do, but it is what it is. Perhaps down the road if a technical solution is found they will be able to unlock it for folks. If they don't, I have the option to rebuy it or not. Otherwise that's enough of this.
