While on the Cryptic 20th Anniversary Twitch Stream, I won one of the Hero Collector USS Gagarin models. I sent two emails to the community@crypticstudios.com email address as directed but have yet to receive any response. Is there someone else that I should contact? Thank you.

    In the subject line of the email did you state your Twitch ID and what you won in those two emails?

    Yes, they both stated my Twitch ID and what I won.
