Duty Officer Bug

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I reach Level 11 and I go to Starfleet Academy to Lt. Ferra. I speak to him and complete the mission; but no duty officer pack in my inventory. This bug has been happening for a long time, now.

    The person who does the ship is not the same person who works on the bugs. No, it is not being ignored and every other bug is not being ignored. Please read the patch notes most of the stuff contained in them has been fixed though sometimes the fix does not work and needs to be done again. Also, depends on how bad the bug is it might be a simple fix, it might be tricky, and some cases it is downright difficult to isolate what the issue is that is causing the bug to happen. Thanks. :)
