Bridge Officer - Account Unlocks after Patch Release on 20200625

The patch release on 06/25/2020 indicate that previously purchased bridge officers would be claimable across all characters on an account.
While the Ferasan BOffs are available on all KDF characters, the Caitian BOffs have not been unlocked, despite being a previous purchase.
My Caitian character has 4 of the Caitian Bridge officers from Zen store, so this should be unlocked.
A support ticket has also been logged for this.

I can confirm I am seeing the same thing.
I'm glad its not just me, thanks for that - if its more than one person it seems more likely a bug than a glitch!
They've closed my support case (despite that the issue still exists). I work in network support, and we wouldn't have closed a case until the issue was resolved, so this is weird to me. Its been passed to Devs so I'm assuming it'll be fixed at some point, but were it my team, we'd have kept the case open - at least until we could say "this will be fixed in patch X" and give a release date if there is one. Anyway. least its on the road-map.
I had the same issue with Aenar on my fed toon.
Yesterday my Aenar was listed as Available, and when I logged back in today it showed I had to buy it again. Todays patch made things worse.

This after the latest patch, tue 30, 06-2020. Before that date I could claim everything I had bought on a character on the specific account.
IMO, wouldn't an easy fix be to issue people who have purchased these in the past a "Courtesy Credit" to rebuy them free of charge, since recent purchases seem to not be affected? Least to me, that would seem like the easiest solution if they have the transaction history of people's accounts they can pull and look at.
That sounds a lot quicker and an easier solution, if they have fixed the Bridge Officers unlocking properly.
The caitian is showing I have bought that, but the LB Fed and the LB romulan and the aenar are not showing they are unlocked.
Finally, after several volleys of emails where Iw as being told that I had not purchased them, and I sent screen shots to show that I had those officers, I was told this could be a new bug.
I will be grateful if and when this can be fixed.
That is because they have decided to renege on their promise and expect us to buy them again.

Feels like they have options here - like sending voucher codes to people who have bought these before so they can reclaim them for free.
