  I haven't tried with any of the other shield visuals, but I found this most noticeable when using either of the Temporal Rep shields on the Crossfield.

  Well this is happening with every vanity shield and it's awful and it's gone long on enough. This is a HIGH PRICED ship and for this to happen is unacceptable. This problem uselessly is reported on reddit and I'm dismayed to find every thread in this forum on the issue I've seen has gone ignored with no responses from the "powers that - (oh look over there it's a pretty key discount sale) sale." In the hope further squeaking of the wheel will perhaps be noticed here are some examples from others:

  They read these bug reports. They just do not respond to each one. This is explained in the FCT (Frequently Created Threads 2.0) post. Just continue to post bug reports, wait, and be patient. Thanks.

  You might wanna go over the new S31 command ship as well.
  The deflector doors were suposedly fixed last patch but now they float below the ship in combat. Makes me wonder if such changes get Q&A tested at all.
  
  This is especially frustrating since both ships are anything but cheap to aquire...

  My crossfield no longer has the white bock glitch and I can use vanity shields again
