Star Trek Online doesn't start

Hi,
Since last update Star Trek online doesn't start. It means, the client starts, I put "engage", the screen goes black (I see that the NVIDIA and Windows Game starts) and the cursor goes on waiting... for ever. It never goes to the loading bar or the loading screen or the game screen. It not crash, it still always on "waiting"...
I have tried to uninstall ARC and Star Trek online and install it again with the same result.
What can I do?
