Reman Liberated Borg - Can Not Claim

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The C-store tells me that the Reman Liberated Borg is available for me to claim, but when I click claim I get an error message that I do not have enough zen.

    Do you have enough zen to claim it?

    I have the same problem, along with the human borg and caitian boffs
