Legendary Boosted Romulan Tactical Missing Captain Powers

Boosted a Romulan race tactical officer from just after the tutorial, and joined with Starfleet. Have been able to claim all items from the packs, as well as the ship.

My captain however is missing certain captain powers - namely:
--Fleet Support
--Ramming Speed
--Relocate Mines

These abilities are not showing up in the available skills menu to be able to slot to the taskbar. I have rebooted the game, to no effect

    My boosted Liberated Borg Romulan science character is also missing some captain powers.

    Here is what I am missing:
    Fleet Support
    Relocate Mines
    Photonic Capacitor (Personal Space Trait)

    I tried switching instances, switching characters, and restarting the game...no effect. I'm glad to know that I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

    Update - I've now completed the story up until the Turning Point mission where I would've normally chosen my faction. Still no sign of the missing skills. I've also noticed Threatening Stance is also missing

    Hi everyone,

    I'm seeing a number of space skills missing on my 'accelerated to level 65' Romulan Captain. Basic things like Brace for Impact, Ramming Speed, Fleet Support, etc. are not showing on the Powers list. I know all of these are auto-granted as a character advances through the levels, but they seemed to have been missed with the boost to 65. ( I haven't even looked over the Ground skills list yet - so some of those may be missing as well)

    Anyone know how to get them now?

    Sounds like a bug to report.

    You might try logging off completely including exiting STO then logging in again, that has fixed other things in the past like reputation rewards and traits.

    Depending on when you did the boost you might have to run through the Rom Arc's prior to the Nimbus Arc to unlock them I found that myself on my Boosted Rom and as I ran those missions missions prior to Nimbus they started appearing.

    But...

    What's the point of boosting to 65... IF YOU HAVE TO SPEND THE TIME RUNNING THE MISSIONS ANYWAY!?!

    BTW - I did completely log out and back in several times today, actually shutting off the computer a couple of times while I did some work around the house on and off. No luck getting the skills to show. I did run one patrol just for fun and.... not sure if its related or not... but I noticed that Brace for Impact is now on the Powers list. However all the other skills are still missing. :(

    You did invest your skill points, do you?, nothing appears hwen your skill set is invalid..

    Yep, all Space and Ground skill points spent. All Specialization points spent, as well as all Traits filled in (well, as many as I have access to).

    The missing auto-granted skills seem to be an issue with the boosted Capatins as Maniac20 above had the same problem until he started playing through the lower level missions.

    I used my boost at L6. Was missing all the universal powers gained on level-up:

    Brace For Impact
    Ramming Speed
    Threatening Stance
    Relocate Mines
    Fleet Support

    Did the next mission, Brace for impact opened up. a couple of missions later, Ramming speed opened up. I am assuming, that continued playing will slowly unlock the 3 remaining powers af I hit the usual xp gains as if I was leveling normally.

    If threatening stance opens up while I am playing tonight I will report back, but that is my suspicion.

    Yes, this has been my experience as well now, not ideal these skills didn’t unlock straight away but at least they appear eventually

    Yup, claimed some admiralties and doff assignments and boom, there was threatening stance. played for a couple of hours and got nothing else, I am expecting I'll get re-locate mines tomorrow.

    Also experienced this on my Rom SCI captain. She had earned Evasive Maneuvers and Brace for Impact before I boosted her around level 12, but none of the other all-career level-based captain skills appeared. She did get all her SCI-track captain skills, I think. So she was missing Ramming Speed, Threatening Stance, Relocate Mines, and Fleet Support.
