After 06/18 patch I found 2 duty officers reward packs open

Hi,
Could it be that today's patch force-opened some duty officers reward packs?
I found my overflow bag full of emergency holograms plus another duty officer from 2 old reward packs in the inventory.
And I'm pretty sure I didn't click those packs by mistake before last logout.

    I think something similar happened to me. I had 3 of the 2x ship slot items from the legendary bundle on one character (in inventory). When I logged in after the patch yesterday the items had gone and the character had 6 extra ship slots. It looks like they opened themselves.

    It's not a huge deal as I was probably going to use them on that character anyway but if this bug means high value reward packs can auto open then I can see people being unhappy.

    I had the same thing happen with the Duty officers on one of my characters.
    Also had 2 of the 2x ship slots token from the legendary pack get auto used on a character I didn’t want them used on.
