Just ignore the level 65 token and the (wow!) mark XIV VR gear.
It would have been a lock box or promo pack ship, but Cryptic is now experimenting with offering premium-priced ships through Mudd's Market and the Legendary series.
If you read the details you don't just get the Picard T'Liss, you also get a set of skins: The TOS promo pack T'Liss, mirror T'Varo etc.
I'd like to have a TOS D7 for one of my KDF characters but I'm too cheap to spend $160-200 for a promo pack ship.
$60 for a TOS D7 would seem like a good deal by comparison but that's still the price of a new AAA full game (excluding the inevitable season pass for expansions).

Is the Token Bound to Account or to the Character that bought the Bundle?

Can anyone tell me if the new T'liss has singularity powers, because they don't list them like they do for other Romulan ships?

It does. And since it comes with all the T'Liss family consoles, you can even boost your Singularity Guage if you wanna use one of the consoles from that set.

You're welcome.
I'm actually having fun with her. Already had a build for a Torp spammer that takes advantage of a trait from a Son'a ship. Some modification and I've got a pretty nasty T'Liss. I'm not spamming like I am with my Spamtrox Suliban ship, but she still hits hard.
The thing with this ship is that I already own all the ships whose consoles this comes with, so really it all comes down to the starship trait and whether it's worth bothering with:
Account Unlocked Trait: Assault Formation Theta
Upon reaching level 6 in this starship's mastery, you will unlock the Assault Formation Theta Starship Trait for all characters on your account! While this trait is slotted, when you activate Attack Pattern Omega or decloak, your starship will gain a significant boost to Turn Rate and Starship Weapon Amplification. You will also gain Torpedo: High Yield 3.
APO is always useful to escape a tractor beam when hull polarisation is unavailable.

Honestly, it's the LOOK of the ship I want. I was never a fan of the T'Liss, preferring the original TOS ship. If I could use the TOS model on my T'Liss tier5 retrofit, I'd be happy.
You mean the T'varo? the one from ENT as T'liss is the TOS ship.
Damn, the ship is nice, but the 'nice traits' that were talked about are really anything but, as there are no 'Infiltrators' or 'Superior Romulan Operatives'. A couple of BOFFS are 'Techies' and another is an 'Astrophysicist', but one of the 6 BOFFS doesn't even have a space trait. So having all those preloaded specializations is really offset by the lack of great traits.

Do you get enough Marks to get all the Reps to T6; Spec points to maybe at least get one main Spec and on Secondary spec fully filled out - or is it just lvl 65, 1 million EC <--- That's laughable as I can get that in less than 10 minutes - some premade Boffs
(with no really great traits) and some Unrefined Dil?

It is 6k zen, although the price of zen will vary depending on country I guess.

Yup works out to £40 here in the UK.
Hoping they do the same for a D7 when year of the Klingon hits.

When you buy the pack, 2 new items appear in your promotions tab, 1 for the ship and 1 for the lvl 65 boost.
The boost gets applied to the character that claims it automatically.
So if you don't need it, you can claim the boost later.

I wish to learn of this magic.
